wonder how far away he was. I witnessed a fatality with a (deliberate and mischievous) flare in about 94, the victim was over 100m away and was so badly injured he didn't stand a chance.
Lets all hope the kiddy makes it.

Really hope he is ok. Really hope who ever fired it is killed and yes i would use them against Somali pirates.Why did they fire it off horizontal?
