Bought a DSC radio. Great little toy, Radio Communications Agency gave an MMSI on the spot, pretty good service. Now need a new GPS, my old Magellan hasn't got a NEMA output to feed the VHF.

Decided against the Portofino 46 for the time being, need to wait for stock market recovery, and a bit more! Still had a nice little trip on Calm Voyager, courtsey of Tom & Piers.

I bought a furuno chart plotter with about £250 off the show price
since it was last saturday, which was excellent.

Model is 1640, anyone use one? what do you think.
