Went to sibs today. In at 10 for a quick start before it got busy, but it dident really get that busy all day. Few foreign voices around and more than usual so I got the impression that they may well be here to take advantage of the euro.
The sealine F46 is quite a boat and had a lot going for it but perhaps not for me as its a bit radical and I was not sure of the wood finish, but thats me .
Lots of boats missing this year and quite a few spaces, salesman willing to talk to punters at last but a general feeling that there are no bit discounts now except from one uk builder.
Oh I was very impressed with the 39 Azumit for inovation. The guest cabin with those windows was great. Somehow couldent get to grips with the saloon and the materials used and then the quality seemed to let all the inovation down. Still a big contender for the flybridge 40 foot market.
Fairline did their usual, oh where do you boat sir, you have to be accompanied on the boats.
Oh and all the usual watering holes were easy to get to and very little quese etc etc. Side stands and equipment was at normal discount prices, nothing special really.
Dident find anything to get me to part with my money though.
