We have two showers with hot and cold gas heated water, and in winter are in the marina so use their free showers, but in the summer we shower on deck with solar showers, why waste gas? when you have a reliable heat source.
I do like VYV's answer about a container and submersible pump, will give that a try, especially if you leave the container on deck, get nice and warm.
Also considering a calorifier. All we do is motor sailing, so why not, apart from expense and they are bleeding expensive!!
