I HAD one of those, it broke off at the place where the tube flattens out to meet the mount. But I did have it on a Sealine, probably be fine on a a Bav tho....

That's interesting. I'm searching for one myself and discounted the aforementioned as I considered it a bit suspect - apparently rightly so. Mind you, you don't get much for under a tenner at the chandlery these days.

It might have been Force4 but I don't think its the same as the one P4Paul has linked to. The difficulty is fixing them so they don't go to the horizontal as soon as you get to 20knots!

I bought this little flag staff from Compass a few years back - good quality, I deemed it worthwhile to remove of fromk the old boat for the new, but it's got no furthe than a locker at the moment Flag pole Also make a smaller one here

Not much of a flag shot, but believe it or not, this was mid-April last year, with Forum burgee and Tricolor on the radar mast
