If they generate all that much power, seems likely they'll use a bit to illuminate it! AND you would have had to have been on a solo round the world cruise without comms to come across it unexpectedly.
It will take months to build & set up something like that & the media will be full of it - not to mention the local NIMBY boaters demanding an inquiry!
