Sobering reading of course, and a very interesting recommendation in the conclusions regarding the taking off of auto inflation life jackets when going below.

Horribly close to home having done almost the exact same thing myself before the details emerged and run aground on Foulness Sand as a result

Agree with all the comments, there but for the grace of God etc, I think it highlights the importance of reading the Leisure reports and learning from them

Very close to home indeed, I have the same boat as 'Orca' which makes the photos all the more shocking.
