So assuming your inlet is rated at 32a if it was 110volt it could well be , would use 32amp plug and 4mm cable ,as said the marina regs say there should be no joints ,the marina 32amp rcbo protects your plug ,lead,
And your boat if your fault protection fails ,now if you had a 32a breaker on board and you was pulling 33amps there is a good chance it would trip the shore trip first ,this would be the same if ther was a earth fault , I know I talk of things being under rated but , say you are towing a boat on a trailer on motorway tyre bursts smash kills two people ,then they find the tyres are two ply not right for trailer ,you would. Be responsible
