pedros
Pedros are absolute crooks, i live in dartmouth and am constantly hearing about people ripped off by the (painting hulls with dulux and charging for awlgrip etc.) even know a guy who worked there and left because of their practices. Trouble is they are only outfit for some distance.
Unusaual to hear rumour of bad workmanship coming from pedros? I and boating aquaintances of mine have been taking our various craft there for years and have nothing but praise about anything they have ever done !
quite possibly you were unfortunate or there is a deeper lying fault with your boat ?.
Im sure that using a well established business like pedros you can at least get them back if there is a problem, may i ask if you did call them back once you realised there was a problem with the repair you had done and if so what was there response, they really are a nice bunch and really helpful.
They also have a really good carpenter/shipwright guy who has undertaken various bits of carpentry for us .
Afriend took his nicholson 38 to baltic a few years ago and was nothing but displeased with what they did and there hard sell practices.
good luck
