Ships Monthly collection

Hi

I have just found a collection of almost mint condition Ships Monthly magazines in my father's attic. Every copy from April 1977 to December 2004 is there. Can anyone please tell me if there is a market for this sort of thing?

Out of interest, I also have Conways Warship magazine (quarterly) from Issue No 1 (January 1977) to No 49 (January 1989), and Maritime Books Warship World magazine from Autumn 1985 (Volume 1 No 5) to December 2004 (Volume 9 No 2). Again. all practically mint condition.

Any info on what I can do with these would be very gratefully received. I don't feel right putting them through the recycling after he spent so long collecting them all!

Bung them on ebay and you'll soon find out if there's a market - worldwide!

Ships Monthlys on Ebay don't seem to be drawing the crowds at the moment, so I might sit on them for a while. If anyone is interested, please get in touch!

I listed the Warship journals and Warship World mags on Ebay and have just presented my father with nearly £200, so we are both over the moon! /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
