Shetland spec ?

I have a Shetland with the number on the transom: GBJRMC03H999

Is this sufficient for someone to tell me the full spec of my boat?

Unlikely unless somebody has the original spec sheet. The records are not kept anywhere other than the builder (now defunct of course) and the original owner.

So as suggested the best source is the owners association.

At best, you may get a model and year from that number, but not much more than that.
