Last I heard the bridge is going to be closed for 24 hours therefore there is a notice to mariners out that there are no bridge lifts until further notice.Anyone transiting the swale in the next couple of days please check with the operator 01795 423627 VHF CH10

The road bridge was fully reopened last night, or so it appeared from the news on TV.

Yes I believe the bridge has been reopened now so lifts should be back to normal
