Can anyone help on this one, I need to try to get these or contact details, it's for someone who is in the caribbean at the moment.I am in UK.
......we need some replacement sheaves for the boom. It is from Kemp Mast's Ltd, who used to be based in Titchfield, Hampshire. Our boom is from 1977 (I think) and is model 150/151. One of the sheaves (pulley wheels) for the reefing line at the outboard end of the boom has disintegrated. We need three replacements. They are of a plastic/nylon type material and measure as follows

The pin they are mounted on is 10mm
The sheaves are approx. 12mm wide with a diameter of about 55mm
The reefing lines are 10-12mm rope.

Contact details for suppliers or advice much appreciated.

A cheap approach would be to break some old blocks for the sheaves.

Exactly. You can also then choose material and possibly better ..... it's what I may do with my mast halyard jobs ...
