I managed to shear the head off the bolt holding the anode on the gear casing on a tohatsu 6hp outboard. I reckon I can cut away the remains of the anode to expose the rest of the bolt, what's a good way to spin the shaft of the bolt out of it's hole? Any good ideas for removing the next one in one piece if I can get this one out?
It's hard to see in the pic but the anode and the bolt are recessed down a rectangular hole.
This bolt seemed particularly weedy, are outboard bolts always like that?
