Sorry new to this forum. Wondering if anyone new anything about this boat and engine. Looking at one in southampton and wanted some advice.

You could try contacting John Kingsley who used to own Jaykay Marine.

I bumped into him at the Sunseeker event a couple of weeks ago and funnily enough we were talking about the days when he had the Shakespeare agency.

a friend had one of these a good few years back. nice boats, well built for their time (solid layup) and was good for high 30 / low 40 ish kts i think.

Better hull shape and V than its competitors and US boats of the same style.

i have always liked the lines of the 650, very modern for its time and still looks good today. i believe Francis is still racing a version of the 900..
