Oho! In anticipation of this feature I have invited loads of scantily clad wimmin to the boat and the kitless mrs tcm is hurriedly suntanning and trying to get rid of her white bits. Phwoarr! Sort of.

HOWEVER I myself am making some chart corrections to guarantee the boaty nature of this post.

Anyway, perhaps Dan can confirm that the shape of things to come on ybw is sort of *apparently* rude or titillating or sexy or fun or silly or saily or all of these....but in the event the feature in question is some bog-dull envirobollx and any naughty posting grieviously stamped upon, hm, harumph?

Blimmin new-age media types eh? - you either hate them or shootem....

Uhh, have you actually read the article?

I think you might just be a bit disappointed.

Now I am all confused. /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

What constitutes a breach of YBW rules? (Hang on a mo, just working out my deviation and leeway - OK done!)

I mean, some things are considered rude by one person and humorous by another! i.e. Is Bart being rude and offensive or just funny?

Well I`ll have a pint of what he`s been drinking

Im wearing my second best deck shoes so this is a boaty post. Capn Pugwash how do you insert a gif like "bart" into your posts?

Well apparently 'it' uses as much energy as a 3 mile walk (how, I have no idea). That requires you to replace the energy, and the equivalent source would be, say, a small fillet steak. Raising a cow to produce the steak releases vast quantities of methane, a far worse greenhouse gas than carbon dioxide. In fact, it releases more greenhouse gases than driving a decent motorboat the equivalent 3 miles.

So on balance, it would seem the planet is better off if we all just stuck to boating. Least ways, that's the way SWMBO explained it...

SWMBO, while on her comp crew course was asked if she was not going to ogle the fellers on the army boat that had just come alongside.

Her world weary reply of, "No, all you get with sex on a boat is bruises", reduced her instructor to a fit of the giggles.

picture the scene, porth cariad near abersoch, popular anchor spot, sheltered from northerlies, mobos and yotties alike, mates on two benes pull up, drop hooks and prepare for a leisurely lunch, notice a mobo nearby, one yottie nudges other, are they doing what i think they are doing? allegedly, mobo has his female bent over and is playing hide the sausage!! allegedly put on a goood show!! allegedly a mobo from portmadoc!

There are two ways to insert jpgs & gifs - either stick the relevant piccie on Photobucket
and then paste the url into the "Image" box on the Instant Mark Up section of the "Reply to posts" box. Second way (if you have your own web site) is to add to your web page and then paste the address of the jpg/gif etc directly into the "Image" box. That's what I do - great fun!!

Hope that helps - if not IM me!!!

Abersoch eh? Bent over huh?
I wonder if that was the welsh couple I was told about who thought anal sex was doing it only once a year?
(And this is for real - not a joke).
Must have been their anniversary or something...

Some years ago 'Voiles & Voiliers' did an article on the appropriateness of certain boat models for 'fun & games'.

I think YW should bring this test up to date. They could ask for a team of volunteers among the forumites to take part in a group test.

Whom would the panel suggest and on which boat - and with whom ?

John

PS Centre cockpit Moodys faired well.
