Its not an air bottle, its filled with liquid CO2 and a percentageof nitrogen added to it. The first services are just weighing it. The 12? year service requires it to be emptied, hydro tested and refilled

Leisure raft cylinders are hydraulic tested and refilled 10 years after the date stamped around the neck. SOLAS/MED compliant is every 5 years. A few obscure rafts do use air only,
