at libs i purchased a new garmin chart and was told it would not be sent out to after the show for which seemed fine only that after 2 weeks nothing arrives so i phoned them and they said yes it is in despatch going out today 5 working days later
still not here so have asked for a refund as they said it was being posted on tuesday poor service by me. to cap it rope i also ordered and paid for at libs as still not arrived so will chase that tommorow

These companies should know better than offer quick service after a show cos staff are knackered after a fortnight of early mornings late nights late eating late drinking and yes it does take its toll!! Sooooo what should be dispatched in days ends up being sent in weeks, been there and got the teashirt
 
just before Christmas ordered sterling charger from Force 4

(as recommended by the gurus on this forum...Thanks guys)

and a musto jacket from marinestore both arrived within 2

days.They get it right sometimes /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I phoned Garmin a couple of days ago (about upgrading my charts), and was advised to wait a couple of weeks as version 10 is due out.

It could be that Garmin are holding back rather than send you version 9.5

Still, there is no excuse for not explaining this to you.
