Carrying out a routine service on a KAD43, am I missing anything from this list:

2 x Air Filter
876185

2 x Oil Filter
423135

2 x Fuel Filter
3840335

2 x Alternator Belt
977542

2 x Comprssor Belt
3581460

2 x Circulation Belt
861564

2 x Power Steering Belt
973487

2 x Anode Kit (Zinc - Saltwater)
unknown

2 x Compressor Oil (250ml) – ISO VG 80
(or if you have in bigger quantity - I require 500ML)
85108974

2 x Impellors

O-Ring kit for gear screws/plugs
Orbitrade Marine
22067

Want to stick with genuine Volvo parts for service log.

Thanks :)

Other things I want to check (please feel free to add):

Grease all available grease points (can anyone let me know where/how many of these there are)

Check tappets

Change fuel pre-filters

Remove props and check for fouling, then grease shaft

Bellows are OK as they were replaced last year

Change Coolant

As scottie says you only need one power steering belt and if the legs have been power washed you need to at least make sure the upper bellows are still ok, its easy to damage them with a powerful pressure washer. The lower ones are stronger and not critical if they fail.
Also make sure the belt pulleys are free of rust or they will eat your new belts.

Seems you are missing engine oil and an oilchange for the outdrives but I am sure you knew that.

I think the only grease points are the steering forks which you should probably do twice a year.

If you are getting to around 600h on the engines you should check the injectors and consider new or refurbished ones if needed.

Good point re power steering belt.

Already have hear oil and engine oil silly me for not adding it to the list

I see no mention in your list of the most important item in the service - appropriate lubrication for the engineer....

Beer - 1 x 6 pack
Cider - 1 x 6 pack

Would however suggest such lubrication is one of the later jobs in the service.
