Correct, but using a VPN means he should be able to access the website with the boat for sale himself
 
yes im looking for one now that doesnt cost, or need a sign up, any recommendations?

also if someone is in the region maybe we can work out them looking at it for me, or they know the boat, or they know a good surveyor, ect. so was hoping to connect with that membr
 
anyway the vpn doesnt work because in fact , finally i was able to sign up, but without a local turkish number i cant message the advertiser! super frustrating
