My Merryfisher has been unattended for some time due to a back injury. I now need to get down and clean off the grime, black mould and algae which has developed while in the marina. I have a decent water supply and a jetwash plus stiff brushes but what eco friendly products will best get the filth off her? I

Assuming still afloat, I'd be inclined to get it out onto the hard where is can be angled making water run off easier - makes washing easier. TBH there's loads of cleaners on the market and I think you'll find most will do what you need (perhaps look at caravan shops rather than chandlery - usually better priced?). Small scrubbing brushes to get into the nooks and crannies' will help.

I would start with a jet wash and see how it goes. Patio magic is good and seems to work but the liquid is bad for the waterways. Once it has dried it becomes 'inert' so not a problem according to instructions.

I have never felt a need for a jet washer on the boat .
I have this last year been using this...........

I also have this but have yet to try it but hope to find it is the same stuff

I apply this and leave it to do its work but don't let it dry off completely .
A repeat application is probably required and probably more than that in the OP's case. I find the much in the slip resistant finish lifts out easily with a light scrub.
