Semi Displacement boats around 10m?

I am not looking at the moment but the semi displacement hull interests me for some longer distance more economical cruising with less slamming and banging in the chop.. I can't seem to find many smaller (around 10m) semi displacement boats though.. Only ones I know of are the Swift Trawler 30/34.. I thought the larger Merry Fisher's (925), Antares (30, 9.80) and Prestige 32 maybe semi displacement but looking at them it seems they are not..

So what other 28ft - 34ft semi displacement cruisers are there?
 
Not sure if any are still being made, but I'd look at Seaward, Aquastar and Channel Islands, all make/made a 32 , all excellent boats.
 
ACM Elite is planing and even pretty flat bottomed

On another note several of the planing boats in the range have good SD properties at lower speeds, so do not discard them only the type.

The American Mainship 34 was copied by Swift trawler 34...

You dont mention new or old but, Birchwood 37SS is an excellent sd hull boat. I think they made a 32 ft model too but that one I dont have experience of. I bought a 37 new in 1988. Waited some days in Hull for the delivery from the yard with a bunch of friends for crew. When the boat arrived we filled the tanks with diesel, the fridge with beer and maybe something to eat and headed for the sea. - Then we headed for Finland!
The boat performed excellently. There was not a single matter to complain about, everything worked as should. On a new boat!!! During many years to come I admired the soft ride also in head seas, still capable of 26 knots when desired.

I don't think any of the ones you mention are displacement hulls ?

ACM in their original brochure describes it as Modified V-hull, capable of 23,5 knots with single (230 hp) and 26,5 knots with twin (2x150 hp) engines.

Of course semi desplacement can be at 26 knots, but for a 4000 kg vessel to do this speed with 230 hp it would need to be on plane.

Got to throw in my part of this one - Corvette 32 / 320 / 340 (if your feeling particularly flush and want the full Fleming version).

Rodman 870 or 940 are great sea boats but not sure you will find them more economical than your existing boat. Both heavy boats on shafts but feel well planted. I have an 870 and last weekend over 4 days went from Poole-Weymouth-Torquay and back again. Twas a tad lumpy going (top end F4 wind against tide we were with tide) half way across Lyme Bay but dropped the speed down and we cruised fairly comfortably with no banging. Not the largest of accommodation but we find it adequate for 2 on short breaks

It's semi-displacement - so part planing. The transom is not out of the water at WOT like a planing hull - the shallow deadrise aids lift at the stern.
 
Lochin are excellent sea boats but as you say maybe a little utilitarian for some. A few around here are dive or fishing charter vessels.
