I see that the Selva Guppy outboard weighs in at 13.5kg. How does that compare to an older 2 stroke outboard? Are they much lighter?

I seem to recall my old Yamaha 2hp 2 stroke was 10 kgs, dry, and I think the Suzuki 2.2hp 2 stroke outboard was about the same. The Suzuki 2.5hp 4 stroke is pretty good at 13kgs.
