Is Boats and outboards the best site to sell a small sailing boat

I would say so ... we successfully sold our Laser, although Dad didn't manage to sell his off the back so we will need to readvertise - shame as, although it is a little older (30k sail no) it is in good condition and has the radial and full size rig as well as a decent new(ish) trolley.

YachtsandYachting is another place you can place a free advert for boats below 1k .. not sure how the one above would demand...

We advertised our old boat on Boats & Outboards, Apolloduck and er - Boatshop24?, well something like that.

B & O are good as you can have a freebie with one picture and a link to your own website, where you can go into loads of detail/photos of the boat. The other two don't allow links to your own website with a freebie.

Having said that, we sold the boat via Apolloduck.
