Selling in Spain

I am thinking of putting my boat on the market in Spain. Having never sold a boat before what should I be aware of, brokers fees etc. If I decide to take it off the market next year if not sold and part exchange with a different broker am I liable for any costs? Any information however trivial will be appreciated as I have yet to decide a course of action.

Cranchi Smeraldo, berthed at Marina De Denia. The issue is not where it is, it's staying there while I still own it, but any information or experiences on selling in Spain.
