Selling Documents help

Just a few days ago there was an entry from someone asking about selling documents SSR etc. one reply said a copy of a sale document was available from Maritime & C'guard agency.
I can't find it, could some kind soul point me in the right direction please

The document you are looking for is the 'Bill of Sale' available from the Registrar of Ships in Cardiff tel 029 2074 7333 fax 029 2074 7877
