Selling a boat in Europe - who to use in France/Italy

I have a 9m rib in Sardinia valued at just under £100k that I am looking to sell.
I've been speaking with European Yacht Brokers Ltd, who are very responsive, with a view to using them but they have no clear policy regarding managing funds or even an address on their website which, to me, is a potential red flag.

Does anyone have any recommendations of trusted brokers to use in Europe?

For a 9 meter rib in Sardinia, which is something that moves in Spring or Summer, I would try to use someone locally and near the place it is kept (storage/berthed etc).

Natante, Italian small boat registration (hull length sub 9.99 meters) usually move fast in season, but also locally. Especially if the rib has a value around the 100k mark.
