Selden furling mainsail

I have been having difficulty pulling out the mainsail from the mast. No problem reefing or winding it back in. It would seem the problem lies with the little wheeled car that runs in the boom.

Have others had this problem and how have they solved it?

I have sprayed winch grease on mine whilst pulling it along the boom. Seemed to improve things for a while.
