Was on the ferry, which very kindly went right next to the boat, Grand Bleu if you didn't know from the picture, en route back to Lym.

Yes, that is a 40+' yacht on the deck, together with a similar sized mobo, out of shot. It used to be an Obranowich's toy until he gave it to his mate.

I think the sheer scale of the boat (ship?) may be confusing you, as I think the yacht is actually c70 feet LOA.

Check out the MoBo "tender" on the starboard side!!:D

Am I alone in having a vision of a "Russian doll" effect - each tender having another tender inside it until you're left with the kind of little boat you might play with in the bath?

Is that a convoy of flying saucers coming out from the land to look at his boat too?? (just abaft the yachts mast)

More "Russian doll" than you think. That's the tender (! I sh*t you not) to Abramovich's latest gigayacht. It's been anchored there off and on since early summer.

Fantasie, I dont think you would really want to have your Big Blue out here in the Caribbean just yet - wait another couple of months perhaps.
Hurricanes are still forming fast and furious, and it looks like the next few days are going to be a wee bit damp here, according to the satellite maps.....

But I guess they will probably choose a good weather window for Biscay a bit later on, and abscond southwards pronto then.
The Big Blue has been a regular visitor here in recent years, also Octopus.

Oldfatgit,

I much prefer your photo', though not too sure about the topsail - I expect someone is getting a beating around the ears right now !

As for flying saucers, the Russians are quite keen on them, report sightings instead of hushing them up like the UK & USA...

The last large yacht delivery ship I saw at least had the taste & decency to sink itself & float the proper boats off.

Saw it in Falmouth last year and off Yarmouth yesterday. I read somewhere that Abramovic gave it to his buddy as a thank-you for helping secure the purchase of Chelsea. Chelsea are playing Arsenal this afternoon so it may be that he has parked it there and taken a chopper to Stamford Bridge.

What sort of inadequacy would you have to have that to make up for it!

Typical loser mentality. I'm adequate, unlike all those guys, therefore I have absolutely nothing to show for it at all. Sorry to be rude.
