I've had a lifetime of sitting in armchairs so I must be a master. ?
I do prefer a recliner....

I support the idea of using the stuff from Bowers even at the extortionate price. For the size to cover the 100mm ducting at the heater end it's £14.50 per 750mm length, but you do only fit it once (unless mice get at it) and only for the bit to the first outlet. It's worth the £45 for three bits and peace of mind.
