I found out in a casual conversation with the person sitting next to me at dinner last night about a club I have been a member of for over 20 years but had never heard of till then! - The 'Half-Crown Club'. At least they aren't trying to bill me for 20 years worth of back subs.
 
I'm in a secret club but its secret so can't tell you. Other club i didn't know i was still in sent me a bill for £120 for the xmas lunch! /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif
 
Nothing new. If you delved into the political morass that was pre 1917 Russia, in addition to the communists, there were the anarchists, the most famous of whom were Kropotkin and Bakunin.

There were some far more extreme anarchists who formed political parties, but then concluded that even having a list of members of such a party was inconsistent with anarchist principles...so the party existed..but nobody knew who was a member and who was not.

Needless to say they did not endure. Its all true I tell you /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

I think your secret club is far nicer.
