Arrgghhh, Thank You, missed the first 20 mins, but hey, still a lifesaver.
I wish sky+ had an advanced series link that automatically recorded "Anything to do with boats or the sea". Even "all programs called seaside rescue" would be a start.
My wife who although she has sailed (in the past) counts as a member of the public. Says the whole lot of them were daft idiots wasting everybody's time and money and were in no danger at all and deserved to die if they were.
I haven't seen tonights episode yet, but there have been others, and rescues like that make good tv. So do plucking sailing yachts out of Portland Bill race when the owner has no idea, boats running out of fuel. etc etc.
I wouldn't start picking on divers, there are many examples on this series of lack of knowledge by many other marine users.
I had a friend here and the minute they said there was a yacht in trouble in the solent (needing medical evac.) he bet me it was a sunsail boat! It Was! Guy had cracked his head open
[/ QUOTE ] They are repeated during the night, as part of Sign Zone, Tuesday/wednesday at 0140. Tonight's should be repeated during the night of 13/14 th March.
It might get split into two. You'll have to keep your eye on the Radio Times and set the Video
I was kind of hoping the downdraft from the chopper would flip the boat over and dump the others useless twots in the mud too! Does that make me a bad person? /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif
