Seasickness

<A sailing doctor acquaintance recommends eating apples. They provide moisture and are easily digested.>

And sitting under the tree helps as well.

I read in a book once that the old school way of getting rid of sea sickness is to tie a bit of old pork fat on the end of a bit of string, swallow it then pull it out again with the end of the string, keep doing this until you are no longer sick.

I'm going to stick with the Stugeron!
