Following on from the criticism you poked at me last week I decided to mend my ways for the weekend and you will be pleased to hear I don't have a single 'incident to report'

I even managed an invitation to join/gate crash the Moody owners club rally.

I did receive a little help from a higher being , as we left the harbour visibility was down to 25m in places which meant I couldnt see the usual birdy flapping signals as I passed the raggies er fellow sailors which allowed us to get on the plane much quicker .

Very enjoyable weekend, I'm going to stop all inflammatory posts too

Daka - how do you manage to get your aviator looking as if you are going backwards very fast ?

Come to that, how do you post a moving image please ? .gif file ?

I think its fair to say its yet another project awaiting completion

I cant post how it should be done but this is how I blundered through it .......You need to make a series of little photos and reduce quality, then reflect 2/3 of the photo.
remember the image quality has to be very low as you need about 10 images to give the illusion of going that fast.
Hurricane made a better job of his and can perhaps post how it should be done.
Mine is supposed to show my boat @ 25knots, going FORWARDS through wavelets............... does everyone except me see it as back wards ?

Anyway, many of my pals on the Straits have MoBo's - I'm only jealous because I couldn't afford their fuel or drinks bills!

Looks in full astern from this side of the pond. Or perhaps it could be explained as having just spotted the North Wales Mob and your taking envasive measures to protect your drinks cabinet. I hear LittleShip has been trying to perfect this manouver, to no avail.

MF's strategy is much different, she's hardly ever out of service. The fun box is normally full. Even got new glasses today as well. If fun box is empty Debs goes off with her trolley. It's three Axel at least good for 30 tons.
