Searching for stainless pads

Last year either PBO or YM had some small very thin stick on stainless steel pads in their new gear section; about 4 inches by 2 inches. Does anyone know who sells them or how to search for them in the YBW site?

Could they be used on the bow for anchor protection or are they too light for this?

Far too thin for anchor protection I think. They also don't go round tight radii. Look good though when you first stick them on but after a week they peel off - at least they did on my boat.

And amazingly expensive. I looked at them when I first saw the ad but reverted to standard strip ones when I realised they were about a quarter of the price of the new ones.

Mine too - although it seemed the metal separated from its bonding as the bonding stayed attached to the GRP. A replacement was supplied FOC but I have to clean up and re-prepare before I can fit it and that won't be until it warms up!

I tried one last year but it came unstuck after a week or so. I tried sticking it with araldite but didn't clean the sticky off the back and it fell off again. In the end I cut one out of an old stainless sink and screwed it on.
