Design drawings and other documents from the old Vindö yard were archived at the regional museum in Uddevalla a few years ago.

I wish you success. The Vindo 32 is an attractive boat, a friend of mine had one. Building any boat from scratch is a massive undertaking but I imagine the Vindo is a particularly demanding construction task.

As you probably know the Vindö 32 has a GRP hull and deck while the coachroof and cockpit coamings are wooden. Is this combination what you are trying to replicate? Or build entirely from wood?
I doubt that there ever was a "sailing plug" built of the Vindö 32. Unlike the predecessor Vindö 30, which was originally all timber and only later got a GRP hull.

There are many sailboat plans for sale on the internet, including boats similar to a Vindo 32 - here is a typical example (and I think that she is actually a much better design than the Vindo).

Another alternative is the Whisstock 30ft sloop. Wood strip and veneer on laminated frames. Over 100 drawings and an instruction booklet. Only $95 for download. A bargain to see how it should be done. You will need a space under cover to build it, time and patience.
