Searays out Sunseekers in

Hi, after the Survey, terrible, we pulled out of the Searay deal, and have now found a Sunseeker 31 Offshore with 2x Mercruiser 5.7 new 2006 with 105 hours only, condition was really good, so bit the bullet and bought it, any hints tips or advice greatly received.

Hi, the one we were going to buy was a 1986 460, the deck was like a trampoline and the moisture meter went of the scale, the topsides were the same but also had impact damage, it was a shame because the space was excellent and they are well set out, the owner thought it was still worth huge amounts of money, we didn't so kept looking and found the Sunseeker.
Not sure about newer Searays but the older ones did not have pads under the rails and after a while they let water into the cored deck. Needed also a fair few quid spending on the engines and gearboxes.
