We have a F42/5 with the tv in the lounge mounted on sliding rails were the tv slides in to a cupboard does anyone know how to get the rails to slide off . They are like draw sliders .

I can thoroughly recommend a few trips through Bardsey to help there Roy. It loosens loads of appliances in my experience. Mind you, if you're still in Cemaes, then Carmel head and South Stack is just a half hour steam to your left ?

I’m trying to fit a new tv but without being able to remove the slides I can’t access the power lead. Any help appreciated.
