Sealine sc29

Hi
Does anyone know if the gas hobs onthe new sealine should be auto ignition,I am told by the dealer that it is not,but the burners do have ignition probes?

My sealine is older, but the things that look like spark thingys are just flame failure sensors on mine - you need a lighter.
The oven and grill are auto though.
