Sealine sc 47

Yep - She was a in fact a T51 - same as T52 really.
The last of the PROPER big Sealines.
I see from their web site that the T52 is no longer offered.

Great boat - here she is again.

And the same view as above but in different weather

And nicely tucked up in port

She might have been a great boat, but does the first pic show her normal asset at cruising speed?
If so, I hope they supplied ropes to hang to when climbing from aft to bow... /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Well, going from the cockpit to the inside helm isn't such an unrealistic scenario, is it?
In any case, I was just joking about the bow up attitude as such, a properly designed planing hull shouldn't behave like that...
@jfm: as far as I remember, the night shot was one of Sealine official pics, but Hurricane can of course correct me.

The night time shot was one mine - taken with my own fair hand.

Goes in Holland was the backdrop.
Fab route - right into the middle of a populated town.

This is the route in

And this is the little town quay when you actually get there.

There were some worrying distractions on route though!!!

Oops, I would have sweared to have seen it on some Sealine publication!
Are you sure they didn't steal it from the web somewhere? /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
Must have been a fabulous trip, it's a shame that's such a long way from the Med, but one day or another...

Wow, thanks for those pictures. It looks beautiful. A bit off my patch currently but mental note made to go there sometime! Thanks

Now that you mention.... Maybe, not sure really.
I could as well have seen it around here, memorizing the pic 'as if' a Sealine ad.
Which would have made sense, as Jez correctly said!

I DID do a write up on the trip and sent it to Sealine - they published my write almost unedited in their corporate mag - I think that the night photo was included at the time - this would have been the corporate mag published for SIBS 2006.

So you were correct - but the pic was actually taken by me.
