Hi Greg, I've one with 74's, tick over on both engines,is 5knots, flat 34knots@ 2400rpm,but you wouldn't want to do that down the broads!!! Reckon Daves about right with his mpg estimate.

Thanks Hector, useful to know. I am thinking that the KAD 300's with outdrives may suit my planned usage better i.e. lowers speeds at tickover so a bit more flexibility on the river. Sounds like the 74/75's would be a quick when just in gear.
