Sealine S28 outdrives (picture)your thoughts please

H.mm interesting boat progression

I query the implied tone in your response as I would never judge people's choices of craft.

The downsizing from the P420 to F36 had more to do with need (size of craft) than with status. The purchase of the S28 was to prevent being boat less during the 2013 season having sold the P420.

Let's get the story right

I currently own the S28 on EBY, used to have the Princess 420 and she was a great boat, however I purchased the F36 which needed some TLC as a project. However due to my personal circumstances could not afford to keep both, so make the decision to sell the Princess and keep the F36 as she is turning out very well and every thing that I want from a boat.
However the Princess sold quicker than expected and the F36 was a long way from being finished! As I usually take my family to the Norfolk Broads for two weeks in the summer and was boatless, I decided to buy the S28 and use her for the summer. We had a great trip up and down the coast, she performed extremely well and have had several weekends away since, and would recommend one of these to anyone looking. Very economical and handles well!
Now nearing the completion of the F36 and knowing she will be in the water for next season the S28 is up for grabs.
Hope this clears any assumptions made and demonstrates a genuine reason for sale.

Of course dear boy. going from a spacious prestigious quality flybridge shaft drive boat to a betented outdrive soap dish medallion man boat and then into a F36 would be a natural progression.
Ever thought of going into advertising or marine brokerage ? :)

I love my soap dish, the fish like my shiny out drives and not a medallion in sight!!!!

here's a call to my fellow Sealine S28 owners out there. we need to put OG straight on this one
there's no such word as betented!!!!!

Indeed, but there is such a word as "betaxied".
You keep him distracted for a minute Gary, and with the aid of the contents of his workshop, I'll turn his boat into Rochester's only 14-ton floating taxi.
