Just gone past the house on a transporter (Bowness on Windermere).
Heading out of town.

Anyone expecting one shortly (it had the name Kid's Inheritance on the bow)?

It is on it's way to San carles , we are rejoining it in a few weeks with a trip to Ibiza and Mallorca before going to her home berth. It was a shock as how much work needed to be done to get her road ready but Scott , the shepherds' engineer was fantastic

Well Rob and Kim (Kids Inheritance) are now safely arrived and berthed in Sant Carles, we all had a lovely day out today with Mike (Hurricane) & Mary, a short Pootle out on Jenny Wren to a small local marina (Alcanar) just south of the lagoon where we all enjoyed 'menu del dia' before returning to our favourite lagoon.

Weather was great and the company even better, so good in fact than none of us took any pictures! Hurric. will not be writing-up this one, mind you he is a whiz with photoshop.....

Now all we need to do is prise a few more of you out from the Solent, mind you, could you all cope with the tidal calcs.......

Welcome Rob & Kim to SCM your new F46 is a great looking boat!

Thank you, we did have a fantastic day , it was a salutary lesson given in Mediterranean boating. The genuinely azure ,flat calm sea. No need to thrash the boat, just , as John says, a pootle down admiring Jenny Wren and her NASA style electronics.
However this was all bought back to earth by Jenny Wren's skippers refusal to go the extra €5 for the classy restaurant , insisting on the €10 meal of mussels, salmon, grilled fish ,wine, beer and soft drinks. Then when we saw how he was greeted by the very shapely Tamara , the waitress , it all became clear!
Obviously Sealines don't have the, ermm, attractions of other brands.
Happy days!
Rob
