Sealine 310 power to weight ratio

Hi. I'm looking at a 1995 Sealine 310 with twin 150 Volvo Penta diesels fitted and was wondering if anyone had any experience with these engines fitted to a 4500kg boat. Will she plane easily or are these engines a little underpowered for this type of boat. Any advice to a first time buyer would be most welcome.

Had a very similar 32ft boat with twin AD31P 150hp volvos and whilst it could do 30knts on a good day it didn't have enough grunt to keep it going in a big swell, I'd be looking for at least twin KAD32's or AD41's in one of those.
