Hi I have just got my sealine 270 and everything is going fine so far apart from having problems when fueling its trying to come back out which means its not venting properly has anyone had any experience with this?
thank you.

yes - not on a sealine though - if it happens when the boat is very nearly full - that can happen. Listen to the sound change as the tank is nearly full and stop for a few seconds then slowly finish filling.
If it keeps happening during filling then you need to check out the fuel tank breather and associated pipes for kinks and how the pipe to the breather is routed. The breather pipe should go up from the top of the tank as high as you can realistically get it then come back down to the metal breather outlet with no kinks. Sometimes the builder of the boat does not support the pipe properly and with age the pipe collapses.

Hopefully someone else on here will be able to explain how to get at it all. If not try the Sealine Forums.

Just a thought from the dim and distant past.......some breathers had metal mesh across them. After some years this corroded or filled with salt and the associated gunk resulted in a blocked breather, hence the symptoms that you have
