I managed to break the side windshield on my sealine 220

being toughened glass it shattered in to a thousand pieces (still in place at present and held together with tape

I think i will have to replace it with polycarb as i can't imagine there is any possibility of getting another glass.

Does anyone know how to reomove it (and therefore fit the new one) - thanks in anticipation

You could try trend marine glass

If the glass is flat you may have a chance of having piece made .
If curved I think it is probably not economically viable in glass unless insurers can be persuaded to pay.

Go on the sealine forum an d ask. I think someone has rebuilt the windows on the same or similar model so there may be some write up on how it was done.
Looking on images on google the screens look flat ?

Hi
Great wee boats I’ll add firstly. I had a 218 and a friend has a 220 currently. Leading on...the 220 had a broken wind screen on the starboard section. It was the front facing and not the side like yours but he replaced it. Being fair he is a glazier but he took the rubber seals out and cut his own laminated toughened glass to suit. Obviously he made it look easy but it’s entirely possible if you find a good trade glazier who is capable.
