There are various sealant glues out there of different types;diifferent grab characteristics;some totally waterproof if applied to dry surfaces and others that some moisture helps the cure.
Invariably the more they are able to work and the stronger the bond the more expensive they are.
So what have you tried and for what purpose?
For a long time I just used Builders LM sealant which was cheap and in dry conditions seemed to both bond and seal a variety of materials.

As I had difficulty in finding CT1 locally, after several years of use, I looked for an alternative. I settled on PU40 after recommendations on here... http://www.toolstation.com/shop/Adhesives+%26+Sealants/d180/General+Sealants/sd2350/Polyurethane+PU40+Sealant+300ml/p67949
I have also used Wickes Ultimate for similar jobs with similar results... http://www.wickes.co.uk/Wickes-Ultimate-Instant-Grab-Adhesive-White-290ml/p/156744
For bedding of windows, deck equipment etc I am a fan of butyl tape.
