Sealant costs

I used a 'cheap' MS polymer for the caulking on the whole of my coachroof, no problems at all & a hell of a lot cheaper than sika...

I don't intend to seal, oil or otherwise treat the teak once caulked. The caulk needs to cure thoroughly so that the locker lids can be sat on safely without marking clothes etc. Will the toolstation stuff do that?
First one will from experience - can't say about the second one as I have not used it

My business deals with Everbuild and they have got a new range of marine sealants out that i`m hoping to get samples of to see how it compares.

If i can get some freebies to have a look at i will post on here .

Any chance you can get some Everbuild FPM685BK? But only if it's cheaper than Saba 750. Ta.

I have used the Toolstation PU40 in Greece in summer and in Milford Haven in winter, which covers a pretty wide range of temperatures and conditions. I find it indistinguishable from Sikaflex 291 in adhesion and setting, and unfortunately in its confounded messiness. At well under half the price I am more than happy with it.
