I used a 'cheap' MS polymer for the caulking on the whole of my coachroof, no problems at all & a hell of a lot cheaper than sika...
First one will from experience - can't say about the second one as I have not used itI don't intend to seal, oil or otherwise treat the teak once caulked. The caulk needs to cure thoroughly so that the locker lids can be sat on safely without marking clothes etc. Will the toolstation stuff do that?
My business deals with Everbuild and they have got a new range of marine sealants out that i`m hoping to get samples of to see how it compares.
