I want to use a primer/sealer coat as the existing antifoul is unknown . Also wet sanding has let to some grp showing through in patches and small areas but widespread over the hull . My local chandlery has Seajet 011 primer on the shelves .
Looking at the internet Seajet 011 has been replaced by Seajet 015 primer.

Need I be concerned about the older stock 011 primer?
Need I use a primer at all?

The absence of any response suppose may be due to fewer people looking at the forum over the Christmas break.

I am still wondering about the shelf life of Seajet 011 primer which may be old stock.

Seajet 011 is Chlorinated Rubber paint as opposed Seajet 015 is Acrylic Resin. Which is best ?

I went with the Seajet 015 primer as the chandlery had new stock on the shelves. About three hours work.
