I have a Seahopper folding boat which is looking for a new home. Located in Helensburgh G84
i have had it since new and used it as a tender, and our children, now grown up learnt to row in her. It is a dream to row, it did sail, not so well and the sailing gear is not present. The oars are included
It has been dry stored all these years and has been dusted down ready for the water.
It is free to a appreciative home for a charitable donation
It folds fore and aft , sides down, then sides and bottom fold around the centrebaord case after the thwarts etc have been unclipped and bagged separately. This results in a 6.5 ft by about 9inch main package for transit roofrack etc
The photo was taken yesterday, it has an outboard bracket and motors well

The Seahopper has now been spoken for and will soon be heading to Aberdeen. Thanks for your interest, photo attached showing the family fun a small craft like this can generate !!
Cheers, Malcolm

What a generous gesture. I had a sailing Seahopper some years back .It fitted perfectly when folded on the cabin top of our 26 ft Eventide. Was a good tender and sailed ok but not exciting.Rowed very well.

Good luck to the new owners.

I have a good home for Seahopper on River Charente, France

What would it cost to freight the Seahopper to Suffolk? I will happily pay for the cost if it is less than £50 and make a donation of £100 to a charity of your choice. Is this a sensible proposition?

Although this one has gone - see OP's followup - there are two on eBay at the moment. One has no bids at £80 in Bradford upon Avon (http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/seahopper-folding-dinghy-/321737930846) and the other is £275 buy-it-now in Lymm. I have no financial interest in either.
